Service Requests and Quotes

Website submissions are requests and do not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. A service is confirmed only after we accept the request and communicate the date, time, scope, and price. Quotes may change if property conditions, requested scope, or information provided differs materially.

Access, Safety, and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe and reasonable access to the service location, and any necessary parking, entry, pet, or hazard instructions. We may pause or decline work when conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Payment

Scheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and payment requirements will be disclosed with your quote or booking confirmation. Amounts due must be paid using the available approved payment methods.

SMS Terms

Customers may opt in to SMS through the Poly White Glove website by entering their telephone number and actively selecting an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. By opting in, you agree to receive messages from Poly White Glove regarding quotes, scheduling, appointments, service updates, and customer support.
